The hotel's staff are very amiable and amazingly helpful. The location is comfortable, at a moderate distance from an arts theater. It's in the crowded area so close to the Faro center / train station, and Portugal which is another bonus.

Spacious bathroom, new-fashioned, cosy room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and perfect facilities. Location near the train station, the city center and downtown Faro and the train station...

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The prices are affordable yet you still get all the necessary amenities in the rooms, including a private bathroom with a shower. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, close to everything, including the center and the train station. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and there are plenty of options for dining nearby.

The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and accommodating. The room we ended up staying in was spacious and comfortable, with a nice coffee/tea area and a fridge inside. It was also beautifully decorated, giving it a cozy and homely feel.The location of the hotel was great. It was just a short walk from the main part of town, so we were able to easily explore and access various amenities and attractions.

One thing that was a bit inconvenient was the hotel's location. It was a bit off the main part of the city, which meant that we had to walk a little further to reach some places.

The People!! Wow, just from the moment you walk in, the staff is just so warm and welcoming. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home, and they create such a warm and family type atmosphere. At breakfast, you have a chance to bond with the other guests and it's a wonderful experience. , their AC is super strong in summer! I really loved it!

Terrible check-in reception. No key and no one showed up.

During my stay, I found this hotel to be in a prime location, close to everything including the train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was well-maintained, and staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast provided was filling and had many options to choose from.
